Site down?

I have been trying to access the site since 07:00 this morning without success, has the site been down this morning?

The site went off late yesterday pm and returned around 10am this morning.

Slight paranoia as I had just installed Windows 10, and the first site I tried was a non-functioning Toppy.org.uk. Relief.

Yes, relief for me too. Using a new PC at the moment and am still a bit worried it is doing something wrong when something like this happens!!
