I'm assuming you mean the link in "<<< Failed to download http://www.geeceebee.co.uk/updates_4/Fr ... tland).dat"

This will always return 404 because, following the change imposed by New Google Sites, the updates_4 folder no longer exists.
In the new system, all the files are held in my Google drive rather tahn directly on the web page/site. TM uses a URLMapping file to translate old addresses (embedded in the program code) to these new files.

The only time TM should report an "old" link address is if it can't find the mapping file or it doesn't contain an entry that maps to the new file.
[edit]Another alternative is that they are running a very old version of TM that doesn't know about the mapping file.[/edit]

I've never used TM, I just tried the link which posted the 404 error to see if was now working as reported.

Just uploaded new versions of these files.

There are extensive channel number changes (most between 20 and 90(ish) have increased by 1)

LCN=85 Name=Craft Store TV has changed it's name to Create & Craft
LCN=95 Name=Create & Craft has changed name to Craft Extra

I don't intend updating the Freeview.dat files for this minor change but will do so if anyone asks for it.

Just updated the Freeview files.

Main changes are:
ITV4+1 has moved channel to LCN 89
Dave ja vu has changed it's name to W on LCN 25 and
it's original name now appears on LCN 60 using a different SvcId

There are a few other minor changes (e.g. news and porn)

Use TopManager to update your files

Just did a big re-scan, update tidy up.

Couple of changes for Freeview.dat:

"5 USA" should now be "5USA"

TalkTV has appeared; from ScanChannelData.tsv it shows:
