The new 20 range all seem good a lot better than the 10 range. I have a TX-P50V20B and am very happy with the picture quality from the toppy and the HD tuners. The LED LCD tv don't seem any better than the 20 range. Has any one viewed the VT20 3D TV? I think its gonna be good for gaming but i couldn...

It may not have any patches installed. Install MyInfo TAP, this will list any patches installed. Just out of interest how did you set b...

I don't think this freeview HD is all its cracked up to be, they only have bandwith for 3 HD channels. They will be BBC HD, ITV HD to start with then later on Channel 5 HD. After that there is no more space as they sold it of to the tele communications companys.

I just wanted to clean up directories on the NMT.

EDIT: think i got it its daemon.sh to edit. In your read me it states to edit startup.sh.

On a new front, is anyone tempted by the new PCH C-200? Available from September apparently? I'm a bit put off by the RF remote. Also not sure why it is much better than the current units for anyone who doesn't want to put a BluRay player in it. (For those interested, I am currently running Ubuntu ...

Nationwide Retune 30 September!

For anyone not aware there is a nation wide retune needed on the 30th september to make way for Freeview HD.
All ditital TV's / STB / Toppy etc in the UK will be affected, so even though
DSO in you area may be way off, you will still need to retune or you will loose some channels.

The DMR BS850 is a great bit of kit and very easy to use, but to expensive. I work for a company installing AV and electrical equipment and have installed a few of these. I expect by christmas they may well have dropped a few quid. The only downside i see at the mo is that some HD content can onlt b...
