There seems to be some missing data in the freeview EPG data for BBC1 today. I would like to record a program this evening at aknown time. How do I do this if the data is missing from the Freeview EPG. Can I set a timer manually ?

Yes, use the native UI press Menu > System Settings > Timer settings. Press Red then set whatever channel time etc. Not sure if MyStuff will delete it though as it cant find the data.
Best to name it EPG****** as MyStuff will not delete it then.

Sounds about right for MS Rolling Eyes

The data should be present now. So it maybe easier to refresh your EPG source

One alternative is to pick any old programme off the EPG that *is* shown on the channel you want then edit the start . end times and the programme title. Need to avoid picking one that conflicts with two other exisiting timers though. A short news bulletin in the middle of the night is usually a safe choice.
