Posting the MyStuff log file would help - it would show whether or not you have any radio stations (perhaps the previous owner had deleted all Radio channels and when using CO, you chose the option to remove previously deleted channels).

Try typing in the channel number for the required radio station e.g. 704 for Radio 4 (this is what I normally do, no messing around with the radio button).

Other things you could do:

* Check that the file All Radios.mcl (?) doesn't contain TV channels.

* Install TM on her computer and use PcControl | Channel Management and/or PcControl| Edit MyStuff Favorites to ensure that the desired TV and radio channels are present in the preferred favourite file (I call mine OurTV - ensure selected in the MyStuff X1 option).

@Geoff

Perhaps I've not been clear. All the Radio stations are there and indeed we cleaned them up using the Top Manager on my computer.

One of the reasons I went over was that she complained the Radio button wasn't working, or at least until she went into the native guide. She had worked out a convoluted way of getting to them as just pressing the Radio button didn't work.

In the process of her messing around she had retuned, I think using native (she doesn't really know when she's in native and when she's in MyStuff).

I am fairly sure X3 was set to 3 after I installed MyStuff 6.6 and ran CO to do a complete retune. I then gave up playing with the options when the Radio Button wouldn't work as expected. We have, and I can't recall how, found a way to get there and she has noted a couple of the LCN's for her regular which also helps get to the Radio channels.

It is not easy to get Top Manager on her machine - she has Windows 10, and as you may gather she is not adept at this. I can't get over for a couple of months now.

I'll try getting her to set X3 to 3 again - reboot from cold and see what happens.

I think I set X3 to 7 whilst trying to get the Radio button to switch to Radio and it may have been set to 3 before then.

I don't understand where 1-7 come from, where they are stored and how they can be amended. I did run Channel Organiser - if I was asked I may not have accepted the "update favourites". But basically I don't properly understand the process anyway even after having read the MyStuff manual.
The 7 means she's got 7 choices available on her Toppy (*.mcl? files, plus ALL TV, ALL Radio and ALL Channels, I think), and she's chosen the first one for All, the second one for TV and the 7th one for Radio.
Personally, I don't use the TV/Radio button at all, and have all three of X1, X2 and X3 set to the only favourites file I want to view all the time in the EPG. In this case, setting them all to All Channels would be a simple plan.

On the other hand, if she WANTs to use the Radio/TV button, then you need to set X2 to be the TV channels she wants, and X3 to be the Radio channels she wants. Again, a simple choice would be to set X2 to All TV and X3 to All Radio.

The MyStuff installer adds a number of favourites files (e.g. All 4s, All 5s, etc).

Favourites files can be used for two purposes:
1. Displaying EPG for just the channels you want, in the order you want them in
2. Restriction Text/Power searches to certain channels (e.g. to exclude endless Dave repeats)
