Anyway, just done a manual rescan using saved deletes and a config only update and it looks fine.
Does an auto-scan default to config only updates, or what you selected last time? |

I've just tried the Search Timer.
I saw the countdown box for a split second followed by a crash, VF&F.
No repeat of the above so the Timer.txt file must have been deleted. |

Thanks for trying that. There were problems with this with earlier versions running on the 5810, which I hoped I had cleared, but obviously not. Will have another look.

Oops - the timer crash was not 5810 related, just the by-product of a late change that had gone slightly wrong (I was expecting the compiler to have picked up that sort of error). RC2 scan timer works OK for me now, but am not sure whether it is OK for the 5810.

EMJB Search timer looks fine now - I even got the dreaded empty mux which was picked up, forcing a rescan. |

Put CO.beta in autostart on my mum's 5810 10 days ago - seems fine, so that's 3 5810's using it. |

hus mess up this file looks a bit dodgy to me.
(Extend.log file seems ok.
Infact, on Tuesday, it managed to extend a bbc1 recording by 2 minutes while another timer had already started on bbc1.
First time I've noticed it happen.) |

@ccs: Double oops - I still can't reproduce the problem - perhaps its something weird associated with 5800/58190 differences, but have tried something else in version RC3a now available from here.
