TF5810 and My Stuff. Evil or Very Mad

We have at last just gone all digital and after retuning all channels a box came up saying "Firmware was changed with latest one. reset all data is highly recommended. will you proceed it. Yes/No"

Am able to choose either option but OK button has no effect. Have restarted holding down the 0 (Zero) button but still the same box appears. Have tried unplugging from wall socket and then restarting, all to no avail.

Any help gratefully received.

@blackie944

There is a strong likelyhood that you have removed the "wrong" duplicates and this will cause you problems in the future.

The recommended mechanism is to use the FastScanGUI to restrict the muxes that are scanned and the ChannelOrganiser tap to delete nonrequired channesl and duplicates.

If you have a windows pc then you could use TopManager (link in my signature and the PcControl tap (see here). You can also use the TM "Tools| Install Files" option to install the aforementioned taps (although, if you used the MyStuff installer, they are probably already on the toppy in \ProgramFiles\Utilities).

It would help if you could post your MyInfo Log file and set up a forum signature (in TM, use "Display MyInfo Log")

Cheers
Geoff
