i have just had the crc 2400 installed from small world everything went fine until i decided to input my tv code into the remote BIG MISTAKE the PVR button dosent work the volume for the tv dosent either so i decided to do a factory reset thats taking 4 ever i have used the camera trick with pointing the remote to it TV ok PVR no light DVD light AUX light can some 1 please help me i cant phone smallworld they are shut |

OK - its a cable box. You are probably the only person on this forum that has one.
Did you factory reset your box or did you factory reset the remote control?
What happens if you Hold down the TV and 0 buttons on the remote simultaneously for more than five seconds?

Ur a star it worked it only come with a QUICK GUIDE now i have to to install the channels |
