Hi,

Just taken a call from Top Up TV, trying to get me to sign up for ESPN. I was a Setanta customer so I guess that is where they got my details.

From what was said, it looks like I can use my existing Setanta card (thank goodness no one wanted to buy it!).

Didn't get a price as I didn't want to get into a conversation but it looks like a non-contract deal.

Anyone done this, what's the PQ like and how much does it cost?

Thanks,

MG

9.99 per month (I think), I too was a Setanta customer and now subscribe to ESPN. (Just for football, of course).

Much cheaper than taking my two lads to the pub.....

I'm one of those hoping that TopUpTV and the other pay channels do the decent thing and go bust sooner rather than later, freeing up bandwidth for the 'proper' Freeview channels...

This might be of interest!
You can now get Sky TV on your pc if you have a Sky subscription and Sky multiroom. The latter costs 9.75 per month.
So if you can find a friend who has sky sports and multiroom but is not interested in watching on their pc then you can use their online account to watch sky tv on your pc for nothing. If they don't have sky multiroom then you can pay 9.75 per month and watch it.
I do it and the picture quality is very good and reliable.

And World and British Superbikes. On second thoughts I will happily compromise on just having ES2. Smile

Isn't that a bit harsh or are they really crap?
