Lee, have you tried all the available epg options in MyStuff. You can pick options which will display large fonts, and reduce the number of hours across so as to see more of the text. Have a play with these options if you havent already.

Cheers

Already tried. I personally preferred the 12 channels small type option as I could see lots all at once but have reverted to large type 8 channels as a compromise, but the large type is still half the size of JAGs.

The only other thing I can do is try to get her to sit there while I test different skin colours in the hope of increasing legibility but she'll still prefer JAGs anyway.

sorry to grab this thread late, hope it's still alive Smile

here's my problem:

got XMLTV Radio Times program to collect data and then load to toppy via mystuff entended info.

i have 2 BBC 1 channels (west and wales, both with LCN1) and 2 BBC2 (both with LCN 2) and 2 ITV. Basiclly a number of channels have the same LCN.

i managed to change the LCN via an application recommended by simonc (see if you want http://www.toppy.org.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?p=47698#47698 )
the direct download link is http://www.8ung.at/aldarin/topfield/download/topset1_12.zip

anyway i've tried this but the next problem is:

the program you mention is great. it allows you to save your channel settings. it does allow you to change the channel number (eg. you can number BBC1 Wales number 1 and BBC Wales number 38 for example. When you then load settings back into the toppy, the LCN seems to be changed (on both mystuff EPG and the native toppy EPG.

the really odd thing is when you load the new LCN in mysyuff ext program so you are capturing epg data for both bbc1 wales and bbc1 west (on LCN 1 and 3 it recognises the new 38 LCN channel and displays the epg data but it then won't display data for the original bbc1 (on lcn 1)

i have tried with itv west and itv wales but the same thing.

it's as if it doesn't like you having 2 similar channels even if it seems you've changed the lcn.

any thoughts anyone??

it was recommended to post on this thread so fingers crossed Very Happy

thanks everyone!
rob
