I have just tried to send a PM but after another post in a topic, I decided to check my mail.

The PM that I thought had gone and the info box told me 'your message has been sent', is telling lies.

The PM is still in my outbox.

I have tried another and that is still there also.

I have not had trouble before, is something wrong?

PMs remain in your Outbox until the recipient reads them. You can edit the message before it gets read, and if you are feeling evil you can even delete it (leaving the recipient with just the "you've got a PM" email)!

A PM will stay in your Outbox until the person you've sent it to actually reads it.

Some people think it's a bit unintuitive, but OTOH it gives you a chance to amend or delete it before they open it.
