Neither patch is static, so you can use HDFW to apply them temporarily (or remove them). I'm not sure I'd recommend it it though, and definitely not while you have a USB connection active.

I should select "use firmware in RAM", right?
Anyway, I still prefer having it as a TAP. Could you realease it as a TAP also? It would be fantastic... Wink

No plans from me, but I think bdb did something... yeah, look here for patch_loader, although I don't know if that pre-dates the new format patch files... so take care if you do try it.
