Looking at the list of channels displayed, there are a number of peculiarities.

It appears to be based upon Sutton Coldfield but, for example, UHF Ch 43 is listed as LCNs 28 and 735, both of which show up elsewhere and are not on the same Mux as each other anyway. Ch 43 should be BBC A (BBC1, 2, 4 etc...). There are other issues as well.

You obviously can't download PcControl if you are not connected to the web - you will have to do this when you get the connection via W10 sorted

Have you waited 20+ minutes to see if the EPG populates?

You can retune using PcControl or the Channel Organiser tap.
However, you still don't have any BBC channels for PSB1 so I'm guessing that you haven't adjusted the transmitter list to cope with recent changes (i.e. I suspect you are just performing a scan using previously selected Mux Numbers).

To rescan with TM, open the PcControl| Channel Management Screen and
1) Click on the little down arrow to the right of where the mux numbers are shown.
2) Scroll down the drop down list and select "Identify My Transmitter"
3) In the new screen, select "Restrict to at least 3"
4) Double click the entry for your transmitter. If there is more than one entry, choose the one with the most recently passed date.
5) Now perform your scan as before.

BTW: What transmitter do you receive signals from?

You also have way too may channels. After the scan, right click in the display and select "All Pay, Porn, Shopping and Social". Having selected these, scan through the list and select any other channels you don't want. Then "Delete channels".

Geoff

OK Geoff.

I've waited several hours but the EPG hasn't populated.

I'm not sure what you mean by: 'you don't have any BBC channels for PSB1' ?
BBC 1 etc can be viewed, and a program can be set (in the original EPG) in BBC1 etc,.

I've followed your above directions, to re-scan with TM, 1 < 3, eg:

1: The 'Channel Management' window opens.
2: Then I get this small pop-up message: List Index Out of bounds (2)
(NB: Which I closed: I got this before when I removed the unwanted channels)
3: I selected "Identify My Transmitter"
4: The next window opens, with the title: Identify My Transmitter (43,46,36,45,42,39)
5: I selected "Restrict to at least 3"

This window contains no data, & the [OK] button is greyed out.

I use the Sutton Coldfield transmitter.

You also said:
'You also have way too may channels. After the scan, right click in the display and select "All Pay, Porn, Shopping and Social". Having selected these, scan through the list and select any other channels you don't want. Then "Delete channels". '

Q: Previously: I had deleted all of the channels that I know I don't want, so how many do you think their should be?

Well you must be watching BBC1 via the TV tuners rather than the toppy tuners
Why: Because MyInfo says you don't have LCN 1 i.e. BBC1.

The reason that "Restrict to at least 3" isn't showing any entries is because you are currently receiving from more than one transmitter (a very poor idea on a toppy).

The correct muxes for Sutton Coldfield are 43, 46, 42, 45 and 39 (MyInfo log says you are using 36, 39, 42, 43, 45 and 46 !)

Suggest you type the correct mux numbers into the top box on the Channel Management Screen and Rescan and then delete unwanted channels.

One issue might be that you have posted the MyInfo log from immediately after running GCBMyStuffInstaller.
What you need to do is rescan, delete unwanted channels and reboot. Wait 2 mins and then post the new MyInfo LOg

… your MyInfo log shows that no channels have been deleted.

If you hadn't rebooted after deleting channels, then you need to, to get MyInfo up to date. (Or run MyInfo again.)

I'm definitely able to watch & record BBC1/2 etc via the old EPG.

Let me clarify something that just occurred to me:

It's not just the new EPG content that's not displaying, but not even the window displays,
eg: when I press the remotes [Guide] button, it goes straight to the old EPG.

Also, if I press the [Recordings] button, to display the list of recordings I've still got, then that also goes straight to the old window, and not the new window.

There's also other oddities:
If I pause a program, normally the circle appears in the top-right corner of the screen, but sometimes it doesn't.

Here's the latest log:

MyStuff Option S1: EPG chain activation key [Guide; None; TvSat; List; Recall; PiPSwitch; PiP;] Select key to bring up the Grid EPG,
or select None to not use this part of MyStuff.

Thanks for the advice, but I'm not sure what sequence you mean.

However:
To access the 'options menu', the manual says:

Appendix i: Options:
...To access the options menu, press the Menu button when any MyStuff display is on screen e.g. Press Info to display Now&Next and then Menu.

This would normally display the 'options menu' but now it just displays the original 'Main Menu' list, that starts with 'System Settings'

Never tried None for S1; Didn't even know it existed (you learn something every day).

You probably also need to change S3 (assuming that is also set to None)

MyInfo log looks ok now (apart from PcControl not being updated to v1.4)
Suggest you use it to update your forum signature:
1) TM Display| MyInfo log (so TM can check the contents)
2) Tools| Update Forum Profile

There's a file in ProgramFiles/Settings/MyStuff called MyStuffOptionsExport.txt

Maybe post a copy for us to have a look at.

Your symptoms suggest MyStuff isn't running, but MyInfo says it is.

Well S1 snd S3 are set to none, which explains what's happening, you just need to get into the MyStuff menu to change it.

Not quite sure how, mind.

Maybe delete (or rename) the MyStuff.dat file (in the same settings folder as MyStuffOptionsExport.txt), reboot, and don't restore the backups if asked.

Can you display a MyStuff Now & Next display, and if so then press Menu to get the Options?

S2 is set to none as well, so not sure how to get to it.

I'd probably rename the MyStuff settings folder to OLD, reboot without restoring anything, and then take a copy of the new MyStuff.dat file, copy it into OLD, and then rename OLD back to ProgramFiles/Settings/MyStuff

No idea what all that "OLD renaming" is attempting to do.

Suggest
1) delete the current ProgramFiles/Settings/MyStuff.dat file
2) reboot toppy (Mystuff will recreate the .dat file)

I was going to say "work through the options comparing it against what you previously posted (adjust as required)".
However, looking at the contents of your posted MyStuff.dat, the values are way off i.e. the file has been badly corrupted (and were probably before MS 6.6 converted them to it's format. i.e. just use the default settings that MS will provide and adjust as and when you need to.

Note: If you have posted your settings previously to this problem, you make get some info on your old settings there. Likewise, if you have used the TM Snapshots mechanism, you may have an old MyStuffOptionsExport.txt file in it that you can use for comparison purposes

Geoff
