You do need a channel reset/retune/redelete - I can see some recent changes you have not updated, for example
There's nothing now on LCN 90 and Community LCN 63 has moved MUX, Film 4+1 on LCN 45 no longer on a Toppy visible MUX... |

It's called the "MS6 Recommended firmware". I don't use MS6, please don't hold that against me
I'm sure some of those things are essential to smooth inter-operation with MS6, which affects me not.
As to the rescan, the channels highlighted are not a problem: Film4+1 is gone either way, Community never has anything useful on it. This is a BBC related issue, and started at the end of December.
It's stopped rebooting overnight now that interactive is off. Even left on BBC1-4 to provoke it. The second Toppy, as a "control" with interactive on, did reboot. It now has interactive off, and has been ok since.
Didn't the BBC do something odd with interactive services and the red button stuff a few years back (Wimbledon?) that caused grief, hence needing MHEG-On/Off and memory-leak-fixer TAPs? I remember writing the TAP, I can't recall exactly why! |

It's called the "Toppy.org.uk recommended firmware", nothing to do with MyStuff, and you've got lots of patches missing.
You're also missing 3 recommended taps (which are also not MyStuff specific). |

There are two flavours of Recommended Firmware - the one for use with MyStuff (called MyStuff Recommended Firmware), and one for use without MyStuff (which simply doesn't include the 6 MyStuff-specific patches, and just called Recommended Firmware). MyInfo will report your patch level relative to whichever one of these is most appropriate.
In your case, you sig shows
F/W: 5.13.65T 14/4/2009 -AbCkEeEfEpHeKtRaRhRsSdStSyTeTfTpTsVr+Pf
i.e. you've added the Pf patch, but don't have all the others listed after the minus sign in comparison with the recommended firmware (5.13.65T).

Firmware, channel lists, "missing" TAPS aside, other users are now reporting this sort of stuff and it seems it IS the BBC that have changed (broken) something across other devices too.
So I'm leaving the interactive off, as it's still rock solid. |
