  • Slug = NSLU2 = Linux Device that can be hacked to get your Toppy on ethernet.

Cooo! In't t'interweb clever!
I guess I could just attach an Asus (or similar?) device to the Toppy, and pass files to it via WLAN? Probably a better bet than the Slug as that looks to be wired and I can't run a cable from my PC

Still not getting genres however - they're definitely there in the native EPG, but they don't show up anywhere in EPGN

Would it be better to move this over to the EPGN development thread so you can get some better focussed help? The MyStuff Recommended firmware seems to work fine for extracting the genre info...
