Posted this over at avforums, before I spotted these here:
On the Pace, I could choose a recording that was currently in progress from the Library, and it would automatically start from the beginning, however with the Topfield it seems you can't do this.
If I go to the Recording List and choose the one that's in progress it takes me to the channel and actual live tv. I have to press the Play button, then hold down Rewind till it takes me to the beginning before I can start viewing.
Is it that convoluted or am I missing something simple. I got used starting watching a recorded TV program whilst it was half-way thorugh recording with a simple button push.

| I've found that too. However, if you hold down the REW button it takes you back very quickly. |
