I have retired my TF5800 and moved to a Digital Stream DHR-8205.
Loving the HD but the family and I are missing the familiarity and touches of a user created interface - MyStuff - a lot.
I didn't know if it was widely known but the Digital Stream's latest firmware enables the running of external user generated programs from a USB stick.
The first program available enables SAMBA sharing, and I was thinking a port of MyStuff if remotely possible would be amazing in the future.
It's probably not possible or practical or there is no-one but me who would like to see this but I thought I'd spread the information and cross my fingers.

The possibility of porting MyStuff to other platforms has been discussed before, here and elsewhere.
Unfortunately, because MyStuff is so fundamentally tied in the the Toppy firmware, it's not possible to port it. What you'd have to do would be to write a completely new application, based on the basic principles that MyStuff uses.
It's highly non-trivial.
