Hi R2

Is it possible to change the behaviour where a paused recording restarts when the recording comes to an end? I would prefer it to remain paused. I am not sure if this could be patched or whether it would need someone like Bob to add it to MyStuff.

It's been asked a few times before, but it's very low on my list as it's such a niche thing and you can easily jump to the bookmark it places.

While we're on the subject could Chunkywizard ask BobD to fix the 'record from buffer' issue that causes it to jump back to the start of the buffer? Embarassed

At a "fix" level, this is because the system doesn't like to stop playback in certain circumstances, and in the past (pre-[St]) the TAP API function would cause a crash rather than ignoring the stop request. I'm fairly sure some code to wait and try stopping a few more times was suggested at the time the API bug was found, but I'm not sure how far through BobD went with it.

This has always annoyed me (slightly!). I never really use the 'go to bookmark' on the play ribbon, and when I do I never remember which coloured button to press. I always press the green button, because the bookmark is green! It would help me enormously if the coloured dot could be changed from green to yellow (is that the right button?!).
