Evening all,

Rescanned today and have had Tiny Pop find it's way to LCN 791 instead of LCN126. It should have moved on 15/03/2017 but appears not to, anyone know of any reason this should be?

The list here says it should be available:

https://www.terrestrialtv.uk/dtt.cgi?reg=UK.E.CEN.SUT&by=lcn&type=VRDIPTSAGHXYZCL&mux=12BACDEFLMN&hist=&data=&col=LNTMHC&disp=1&grp=&oair=&save=1

Anyone else able to see if they can receive it currently?

Thanks,

Tim

Answered my own question it'd seem with the use of Google:

Tossers. Kids will be right upset! Was ace having that.. kept them in My Little Pony and PJ Mask..

Thought I'd be able to get it being in South Birmingham.

Factory reset has CO reporting an empty mux on scan. It would look as though Sutton Coldfield isn't transmitting 'local' channels yet.

Sad

As you have discovered, Tiny Pop has moved to the local mux which may or may not be available in your area. I mentioned it in my post here.

Sutton Coldfield HAS been transmitting the "local" channels for over 2 years I think. I live in Solihull and get them.

At present there are 5 channels
7 Made in Birmingham
60 True Crime
74 true Movies
126 Tiny pop
127 Kix

They are on UHF channel 51 so it might be your aerial thats not receiving them.

Aerial replaced and now the local mux is picked up on a scan. Poor signal but enough to get Tuner 1 receiving a picture, tuner 2 reports 9/9/9 as the signal strength.

Amplifying the signal doesn't make much difference, guess it's the limitation of having a loft aerial.

Cheers,

Tim

Loft aerials are not recommended for reliable reception, secondly if your signal is weak the Toppy is prone to disk wipes, so be warned. Signal quality should be at least 90%.
