Hello,
Is there a TAP or even possibly a hack that I can use to extend the time period that the Topfield saves to disk of the currently watched program?
I hope that makes sense if not I'll have another go:
When I'm watching a film and I get an hour and ten minutes through it and decide this film is good enough to record I hit record but it only saves the last hour that I've watched and I lose the first ten minutes of the film.
Can I extend this to 2 or 3 hours so that if I get to the end of the film and decide to save it, I can save the entire film?

| Thanks, that looks like what I need. Do you install these patches in the same way you install a TAP? |

Since you're running MyStuff, you'd be better off copying the patch file(s) you want to FWload's Add folder, so that next time you update your firmware, it/they get re-added automatically. Either check EMJB's TAP page for details, or search the forum for FWload and my user name. I post instructions frequently on how to do it, but I'm hampered by posting from a phone atm.

Hello, Julie.
If I do it your way, will i need to install the patches first and then copy them to Fwload/Add folder after just so that they will be applied automatically next time I update or will it add them anyway? |

Copy the patches you want to the Add folder, and then run FWLoad manually to install them. If you said "Yes" to installing utilities, the MyStuff installer will have put it in /ProgramFiles/Utilities for you; otherwise you'll need to install the TAP first. I suggest NOT putting it in Auto Start so that it doesn't delete itself when it's finished running.
