Just for idel curiosity, did anyone set timers for the F1 from Canada? What happened?
Me, I'm just glad I had set a search on a Topfield for Family Guy, instead of relying exclusively on HD. |

With MyStuff and Extend it recorded all the coverage on BBC1. Mystuff can't currently switch recording to another channel (in this case BBC2) even assuming the updated EPG data is broadcast in a timely manner.
In my case the EPG data was updated just in time to see the winner cross the line. So not much use at all. Good ol' BBC
As it happens I was there to watch the whole thing. |

they didn't do a brillant job in updating the EPG in a timely manor.
When I have raised this issue of programmes moving channel on overrun before I was told mystuff search would pick up the EPG change and set a timer for the other channel. |

| Knowing there was bad weather forecast I set hammock timers for the whole evening on BBC1HD/2/3 & Freeview 301. You have to plan ahead when its comes to live sports events and not blame the broadcaster who did the best they could in the circumstances. |

I had a text search for "Formula 1" on MyStuff, but it didn't pick up the BBC2 segment, although it did get the extension on BBC1 ok.
Is there a log somewhere that shows what happened (in a recording sense, not what occurred in the race!). |

| My PC recorded the two episodes of Family Guy on BBC HD, which of course turned out to be random bits of FI and Jools Holland. |
