(I'm hoping BobD might drop by and suggest some things that might make MyStuff integration possible.) |

| Most things benefit from the odd patch, so here's a little one to adjust the native bookmarking to be (according to my tests) more accurate: [Bm] Bookmark. I suspect the success varies depending on the bitrate of the video around the bookmark point, but this seemed to make the bookmarks better placed for me. |

| Could a simplified version of this be provided to "squeeze" a file at both ends, from bookmark A to bookmark B resulting in the same original file that is smaller and includes both A and B. |

I think it may be... to be honest, positioning the bookmarks with the native interface is SOOOO frustrating that I nearly threw the remote across the room & had to turn off the Toppy before I lost my temper with it...
I tried it with a 4 min recording & it set the book marks about 1 second early. with a 1hour 14min file I got about the same result.

I did try a bit of closing credits and got poor results, which made me suspicious that it's doing the measuring in the wrong way (and it may not be possible to do it the right way). In fact, I was surprised how well the bookmarking works in AccurateBM, but that's a different scenario (and probably a lot more reliable) since it's the end of the recording stream it's measuring. |

I am sure it is normaly worse which is one of the frustrations of setting bookmarks with any precision. The other frustration is that you can't move them or nudge them, so you loose track of where they were because you delete them & recreate them in the same place exactly, or too far ahead or too far behind... My impression is that there is some sort of snap-to-grid that positions them where you don't want them. nudge-nearest-bookmark is the feature that seems missing IMHO.

| Any chance of adding a description area? It'd make identifying which recording to cut a little easier. |
